Should Wales become a Kingdom instead of a principality?

Should Wales become a Kingdom instead of a principality?
As the Welsh assembly now has primary law making powers and some tehre are trying to achieve fiscal devolution (taxation), is it times that other structures within the United Kingdom achieve parity. To the East of Wales should be an English Parliament, there ashould be a federal written Constitition and Senate for the whole UK.H3ence now is the time to ask the question. English parliament with a House of Commons or replacing it?
Also Scotland is a potentially seceeding nation as a Kingdom with teh current monarch as its head of state.
Ireland has the 23 counties of three of the four medieval provinces of Ireland as a republic.
The remaining three of Ulster since the formal partitition in 1921. The remaining six form the province of Northern Ireland and sicne teh 1999 Godd Friday agreement have formed a devolved croos community province in relative peace with the South. So Could a reunited Ireland join the Commonwealth with the UK Monarch as head of that body. Would that be enough of a tie for teh Unionist Community? At the same time would Wales want to become a kingdom in its own right, equal to Scotland and England in powers?
